Custom Lists of the Affluent
We create custom lists of the affluent, all with home address and full name of the individual (no trusts, corporations, etc.) to meet the individual requirements and specifications of each of our clients. Our lists are developed from databases that are defined in a way that conforms to the Federal Reserve Board’s latest research on wealth distribution among US households. They are regularly updated, and we have experienced less than a 1% rate of undeliverables.
Name lists can be developed to match the profile of your target consumers by specifying levels of wealth (defined by net worth and/or income) combined with such attributes as age, gender, various life style and recreation interests, and geography (state, county, metro area, or zip code).
If you tell us the wealth and other attributes you want to target and the geographic area that you want to cover, we can tell you how many records we have that match your specifications. The profiles described below are directly from our most recent Spring 2013 Survey of Affluent Americans. We know of no other list source that can provide you with this type of specific detail about their lists.
Wealthiest 10% Database This is a research-validated national file of over 1,100,000 affluent households that have a minimum net worth of $800,000 (94% are millionaires) and are not part of any affinity group. Profile: average annual household income of $357,300 (median of $223,000); average investable assets of $2.6 million (median of $1.0 million); average net worth of $4.6 million (median of $2.4 million); average age of 59 (median of 53); and 87% married.
Wealthiest 5% Database As part of the wealthiest 10% database, this file includes 600,000 households that have a minimum net worth of $1,500,000. Profile: average annual household income of $373,600 (median of $251,800); average investable assets of $2.9 million (median of $1.5 million); average net worth of $5.2 million (median of $3.5 million); average age 59 (median of 54); and 88% married.
Wealthiest 1% Database This file of 46,000 records consists of households that have a minimum net worth of $6 million, placing them among the wealthiest 1% in the country. Profile: average annual household income of $593,200 (median of $413,500); average net worth of $11.0 million (median of $7.5 million); average investable assets of $7.0 million (median of $3.4 million); average age of 61 (median of 57); and 90% married.
Wealthiest 1/2% Database As part of the wealthiest 1% database, this file of 17,000 records consists of households that have a minimum net worth of $10 million, placing them among the top half percent of all US households. The database contains numerous recognizable names from the fields of sports, entertainment, and business, including over 80 names from the Forbes list of 400 richest Americans.
We have a minimum order of $350 that can be paid by check or credit card. Full advance payment is required for orders of $700 or less. For larger orders, we require a 50% deposit. Records are delivered on-line in Excel format. Lists may be used an unlimited number of times for 12 months from date of purchase.
